How do I install while the Store is pending?

Until the Chrome Web Store listing is approved, install manually in Chrome or Brave: download the zip, enable Developer mode, and Load unpacked. Full walkthrough with screenshots: Install Chrome Snaps.

I reinstalled and my license won’t activate

Each key allows 1 computer. If you wiped the browser or reinstalled the extension, deactivate the old activation in your Lemon Squeezy order (Licenses), then paste the same key and Activate again in the popup.

How do I activate Pro?

Buy Pro (pay what you want) from the pricing section.
Copy the license key from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
Click the Chrome Snaps toolbar icon → paste the key → Activate.

Each license allows 1 computer activation for 1 year (same Pro access no matter what you paid). If you need to move devices, contact support to reset the activation (deactivate comes later in-product).

What does Free include?

Everything except clean exports: you can capture and edit freely. Free exports include a repeating “Chrome-Snaps” watermark on the canvas background (not drawn over your screenshot) until Pro is active.

Refunds

Purchases are billed by Lemon Squeezy (pay what you want, minimum $1.90, suggested $9.90). For refund requests, reply to your receipt email or open a request from your Lemon customer portal. Reasonable first-purchase refunds are typically handled within Lemon’s policies.

Privacy

Captures are processed locally in your browser. License activation sends only your key and a device instance id to our Cloudflare Worker, which talks to Lemon Squeezy’s License API.
