By using Chrome Snaps (the website, Chrome extension, or Pro license), you agree to these terms.
The product
Chrome Snaps lets you capture regions or elements from web pages and edit them locally. The Free tier may add a watermark to the canvas background on exports and copies. Pro removes the watermark while your license remains valid (Pro licenses are valid for one year from purchase).
License and activations
A Pro license is personal and limited to one computer activation for one year, regardless of the amount paid under pay-what-you-want pricing. You may not share, resell, or publicly redistribute license keys. We may invalidate keys that abuse these limits.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use captures. Do not use Chrome Snaps to violate laws, third-party rights, or website terms. Do not attempt to bypass licensing or attack our license infrastructure.
Payments and refunds
Pro is sold as a pay-what-you-want purchase through Lemon Squeezy (minimum $1.90, suggested $9.90 — same Pro entitlement at any amount). Refund requests should go through Lemon Squeezy (receipt email or customer portal). See also our refund notes.
Disclaimer
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the extension or site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
